St. Andrew & St. Charles has many opportunities for volunteering,
both within the church and within the community. Below are
some of the activities for which volunteers are always welcome.

liturgies. Training is provided and no previous experience
is necessary. You must be at least 10 years old to participate
in this activity.

have opportunities for those with other musical talents to
enhance our services, just let us know what you can do!

Help greet worshippers and make Church newcomers feel welcome.
Lay Readers, Eucharistic Ministers and Visitors
We have a wonderful corps of about 25 people who, under the
direction of John Fricker, read the scriptural lessons and
Administer Holy Communion during Sunday Eucharist. They also
make visits and administer communion to homebound parishioners.
Ushers
Help seat worshippers and make them feel welcome, distrubute weekly bulletins and services schedules, and help with collecting
food items for food pantry.
Vestry
Volunteer with one of our two Vestry Silos to work on various
committees serving the parish. Vestry terms run one, two or three
